Princeton Health Care Center is a modern 120-bed nursing center offering the highest quality care available, with an emphasis toward the physical, social and emotional rehabilitation of our residents. Our trained staff assist with daily living needs as well as providing professional services.

Located less than one mile from Princeton Community Hospital and serviced by several local ambulance services, PHCC is able to provide its residents immediate response in emergency situations.

PHCC offers private and semi-private rooms, with attached half-baths that are tastefully decorated and furnished to provide a homelike environment.

Princeton Health Care has a Special Care Unit for individuals with dememtia and other related diseases. This 60-bed unit, which opened in 1989 as the first of its kind in West Virginia, still remains the largest active unit today.

Featuring a scenic country setting with well kept grounds, picnic area, patio and covered front porch, PHCC encourages visitation. Residents and their guests can enjoy this setting between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. daily, or other times by arrangement.

We are licensed by the West Virginia Office of Health Facilities Licensure and Certification, Medicare and Medicaid certified, and we accept private pay admissions.
